This $24 Million dollar renovation was completed in April 2022, and included a new entrance, façade renewal, and major interior renovations to the auditorium, lobbies, lounges, costume and workshop, as well as the teaching, administrative, and support spaces. This was a complex electrical project featuring DMX Lighting Controls, AV Infrastructure, Theatrical Lighting Systems, New Fire Alarm System, and New Electrical Service. This project won a AIA Connecticut Design Award.
