Tony & Tom grew the business over the years, performing Residential, Commercial and Industrial work in the Public, Private & Institutional Sectors, their one Truck grew to a fleet of more than 30. today, T&T Electrical Contractor’s, Inc. has in excess of 85 field personnel, along with 5 Project Managers, An Estimating Department, Service Department and Pre-Fabrication Department.

Tony Retired in 2001, due to a long term illness and passed the rein of President as well as interest in the company to Tom. Tony passed away in 2010, but his spirit remains with T&T through his son Frank who joined the company in 1998 as the Company’s Office Manager and continues in that role today recently celebrating his 25th Anniversary with the Company.

In 2021, Tom realized that he was not getting any younger and began his succession plan, taking one of his long time employees and Foreman, Rob Pavel from the field and into the office making him Vice President and Partner in the company. Rob started with the company in 2006 as a green apprentice. Upon completion of his Apprenticeship, Rob earned his E-2 Journeyman’s License and later his E-1 Master Unlimited Electrical License.

T&T Electrical Contractor’s, Inc, has become one of the largest Open Shop Electrical Contractor’s in Connecticut doing multi-million dollars in revenue a year. The cornerstone of T&T Electrical Contractor’s, Inc. business is the commitment to our customers and employees. T&T is committed to growing the Electrical Trade through the participation of the State of Connecticut Apprentice Program and the continuous hiring of new individuals seeking a vocation in our Trade. As a graduate of A. I Prince Regional Vocational Technical School in Hartford, Tom is committed to outreach of individuals who have taken up the Electrical Trade at our State Technical Schools and provide them with an opportunity to realize their goal as an Electrician with an apprenticeship at T&T. Tom firmly believes in the Motto that was inscribed in the “Thinker” Statue that sat in front of his Alma Mater “ He who Hath a Trade, Hath an Estate”
