This project is a System Operation Center at the Windsor facility. The scope of work shall include renovation of approximately 19,934 square feet of the first-floor space and addition of approximately 9,937 second floor space, which will include new structural framing and floor plate. This project includes 2 – 500KW Paralleling Generators, 2 – 200KW UPS Systems, Static Transfer switches, and electrical distribution throughout. This project has raised floor with Cable Tray, Grounding, and Power Systems. Features a New Smart Lighting System.
